All personal and payment data transmitted through our platform uses TLS encryption. We do not store raw card or UPI credential strings on our servers at any point.

Your account is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside in India, to the extent that those laws permit participation. Our terms specify the applicable courts and dispute resolution mechanism in the full Terms document.

Submit a data access request through the Help Centre form. We will compile your account data, transaction logs and communication history and deliver them to your registered email within the statutory period, usually no longer than 30 days.

Yes. Once any mandatory legal retention period has elapsed, we will delete your personal data upon written request. Transactions linked to regulatory reporting obligations may be retained in anonymised form as required by applicable law.

We email you at your registered address before any material change takes effect. If you disagree, you may close your account and withdraw your balance before the revision date. Continued use after that date signals acceptance of the updated terms.

Payment disputes are logged against your account record with the originating transaction ID. We first attempt internal resolution within five business days. If unresolved, you may escalate through the payment provider's own dispute channel alongside our process.

Every PhonePe transfer is stored with a timestamp, amount and transaction reference on your account statement. Records are kept for the retention period required by law in your region, after which they are subject to our standard deletion schedule.
